No warning message when battery is almost empty

There is no warning message indicating that the battery is almost empty. My PC suddenly turns off!
Would there be a way to have an alert exactly like on a smartphone (15, 10 and 5%)? thanks a lot!

Based on Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS

GTK 3.22.30
