Damaged Battery (capacity <100%). Upower Icon-name shows 'battery-full-charged-symbolic', but the wingpanel icon shows 'battery-low-charging-symbolic'.

Does the wingpanel shows the battery icon based on upower percentage or the upower icon-name?

I have a laptop that has a damaged battery with a capacity of less the than 100%. The problem is that when the battery is fully charged, the battery percentage is less than 100% so the wingpanel icon always shows as charging even thought upower icon-name is 'battery-full-charged-symbolic' and state is fully-charged.

I think is still important to show the percentage as less than 100% so people know the real capacity of the battery, but the icon should show as charged because it can make people think that the computer is still charging even if it is not.
