Smoother notification-clear animations

Would be nice if the app name above the notification bubble would fade out in sync with the dismiss swipe.
Also not sure if this is worth a seperate issue, but the current collapse animation that the dismissed notification looks a little jank. Maybe it could have something like the iOS stlye 'shrink' as the notification below slides up in to its place
