Description
### What Happened?
If I open the popover on a machine with no wired ethernet and no WiFi, I get a tiny approx. 3px high blank popover.
### Steps to Reproduce
- Have a computer with no working network interfaces
- Open the popover
### Expected Behavior
I would expect a placeholder in here to inform me there are no network adapters detected and I should consider connecting a smartphone via USB to get network tethering.
