Description

## Prerequisites
- [x] I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates.

## Describe the bug
When I turn off WiFi (or Wireless) from the wingpanel, I immediately get a notification saying "Disconnected, you are now offline" which overlaps with the Wireless settings indicator/pop-up.

If applicable, add screenshots or screen recordings to help explain your problem.

### To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Enable notifications for Network from System settings
2. Click on Wingpanel -> Wireless and turn it off.
3. Pop-up notification overlaps with Wireless settings

### Expected behavior
Since the Wireless option is very close to the notifications bar, maybe reducing the notification box's dimensions could work to not overlap.

## Platform Information

- [ ] I'm using the latest version from git that I've manually compiled
- [x] I'm using the latest released stable version
