### What Happened?

I’ve enabled the Caps Lock/Num Lock indicators in system settings, but they do not show or hide unless I interact with the panel.

### Steps to Reproduce

2. See nothing change
3. Click any button in the panel
4. See Num Lock indicator appear

### Expected Behavior

Indicators reflect the keyboard state the moment it changes.

### OS Architecture

### Session Type

Secure Session (Wayland, This is the default)

### Software Version

```
Research direction
Start by locating the panel's Caps Lock and Num Lock indicator entry point and reproduce the issue using the listed steps on Wayland. Done means the indicators appear or disappear immediately when the keyboard state changes, without requiring panel interaction.
