Opening a panel, and clicking on another monitor makes the panel unresponsive

I experience the issue on eOS 5 - I have no idea if eOS 6 also has it.

It happens only on multi-monitor (2 displays in my case) setup.

To reproduce:
1. Open the date-time panel on the primary display- a calendar will show up
2. Click anywhere on the second screen
3. Try to select anything on the date-time panel (calendar) - you can't.

The only thing that you can do to get out of this state is to close the panel by clicking on the indicator in the wing panel.
