Description
I'm seeing a "During the day" header for all day events, sometimes multiple "During the day" headers and no header above for the first event.
Events:
1. Monthly reoccurring event. No header? This event actually shouldn't even be shown here, but that's this issue: #59.
2. An event that spans multiple days with incorrect "During the day" header.
Events:
1. A different monthly reoccurring event, without header.
2. An event that spans multiple days, with incorrect "During the day" header.
3. Regular event on one day with times, with correct, but second "During the day" header.
Events:
1. Same event that spans multiple days, but now with the correct "All day" header.
Events:
1. Same event that spans multiple days, again with the correct "All day" header.
2. Regular event on one day with times shown with the correct "During the day" header.
I've compiled the latest `master` branch.
