Indicator popover has no shown device name character limit

### What Happened?

There is no character cap for shown Bluetooth device name, allowing the indicator popover to get comically wide, to the extent of surpassing the display width.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Pair a Bluetooth device with extremely long name


2. Open the indicator popover


(I also made my display resolution a little smaller, just to demonstrate it might become wider that the display width itself. This is, however, is not necessary to reproduce the issue)

### Expected Behavior

Device name gets capped after a reasonable amount of characters (like it happens in wingpanel-indicator-sound, maybe 1.5 to 2 times longer).
