No indication a transfer is in progress without opening indicator popover

### What Happened?

While transferring a file to the computer by bluetooth, the wingpanel indicator icon did not change although the popover showed that a tranfer was in progress.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Initiate a bluetooth file transfer e,g, from a phone
2. Accept the transfer
3. Observe icon unchanged
4. Open indicator and see file progress

### Expected Behavior

Some animation or other alteration of the icon to indicate a transfer is in progress.
