"No results found" for all searched queries

### What Happened?

No matter what query I type into the search box I get "No results found". Spinbox spins for a moment. I'm on pl (polish) locale if that matters.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Typed anything (e.g. cities that are currently visible on the map) into the search box
2. Got "No results found". Spinbox spins for a moment.
