### What Happened?
I successfully registered my Rainloop mail on online accounts setting but elementary mail does not seem to run in background nor does it send any notification whether the app is open/closed/background/foreground.
### Steps to Reproduce
Add your mail account.
Receive mail.
App does not send notification.
### Expected Behavior
Like other apps, it needs to send notifications.

Latest release (I have run all updates)
