Sometimes cannot delete/move-to-trash messages

## What Happened
Select message and press `Delete` or Trash can icon, but nothing happens.

## Expected Behavior
Message should be deleted and moved to trash.

## Steps to Reproduce
I'm using IMAP account setup up in Mail app (not google-online-accounts). Sometimes selected message cannot be deleted.
There is **workarround** that after switching folders it allows deleting messages.
Its difficult to understand pattern here, but most likely issue will happen after fresh boot/wake and just opening mail app. It might be related to sync process, coz my guess is that it stucks in that process and blocks message deletions.
