Description
### Problem
ARM hardware support currently is such that you’ll have a better time in a VM right now on M series Macs, but we warn and tell you that you’ll have a worse time
### Proposal
Detect Apple Silicon and instead of showing a warning when you’re running in a VM, show a warning if you’re not running in a VM
