Unable to boot elementary OS on Intel Meteor Lake systems after install

### What Happened?

When I install elementary OS 8 (preview) on a system with an Intel Meteor Lake CPU, say the Ultra 7 155U, while it installs fine but when I attempt to boot I get a blank screen.

This happens on both a Dell XPS 14 and HP Envy x360, both with Intel 155Us.

### Steps to Reproduce

Install elementary OS like normal and reboot.

### Expected Behavior

The newly-installed system should boot into a GUI and not a blank screen.

The XPS has Intel Arc discrete graphics whereas the Envy has Intel integrated graphics.
