Description

## What Happened
When using the Custom Install option, the installer is unable to decrypt the LUKS container inside of a LVM volume group that is already on the system. Best way I can describe it is that the unlock button thinks it's just there to be pressed and nothing more.

Occurs even if the LVM volume group is deactivated in the installer provided gparted screen.

## Expected Behavior
The installer unlocks the LUKS container on the LVM volume, displaying the contents to be selected and/or formatted for installing elementary OS 6.

## Steps to Reproduce
Have a physical/virtual machine with a similar partition layout to the following:
```
- sda1 512M /boot/efi
- sda2 1G /boot
- sda3 (remainder)
└─elementary--vg-luks
- sdb1 (full)
└─elementary--vg-luks
```
with separate /, /home, and swap partitions inside the LUKS container of the volume group.
