Installer blanks after "Getting the current configuration"

**Describe the bug**
The installer shows blank after a few seconds of "Getting the current configuration"

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Select the `Custom (Advanced)` option.
2. Click on `Custom (Advanced)` button on the bottom right
3. 'Getting current information' shows for a few seconds
4. The installer goes blank.

**Expected behavior**
Expecting to see the drives and partitions

**Additional context**
I hadn't had a problem with ubiquity. I also tried pop-os_20.10_amd64_intel_14.iso and it had no problem.
I was wondering how can I debug this.
