errors about not being able to resolve property gpa foreground at least by fcitx5-configtool

### What Happened?

if i open fcitx5-configtool i find suddenly all the buttons to be blank. but if i change from elementary icon pack to whatever else they work. it says such things as "could not resolve property: gpa:foreground qt.svg: /usr/share/icons/elementary/status/symbolic/dialog-error-symbolic.svg:21:6:
Could not resolve property: gpa:error"
these links do have a corresponding file but it is unable to be read. i dont know if this problem is with fcitx5 configtool or with the theme pack but because all other theme packs work then i dont know if i should report this to here or there.

open fcitx5-configtool
icons dont show up instead errors do
change theme to something else and they do work
