Video mimetype icons blurry at small sizes

### What Happened?

Video mimetype icons are blurry at small sizes. The film perforations along the side are not grid aligned.

Sizes affected:

`video-x-generic` at 24px, 32px (16px is currently missing)
`text-x-ssa` at 16px, 24px, 32px

### Steps to Reproduce

### Expected Behavior

I've tried grid aligning these (and adding the missing 16px size), but it's harder at small sizes and makes the icon look a little bolder. Shapes/sizes seem slightly inconsistent as well. But maybe I've been looking at them too hard. Input would be appreciated.
