Missing styling

### What Happened?

After finishing an install and rebooting on my Framework 16, the greeter seemed to be missing styling. The wingpanel menus have no spacing and (it is hard to tell in the photo) white background color on the list. Additionally the box for the user is transparent. I did try installing greeter again from source for the release but that did not fix things. Not sure what to do to debug this.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Install 8.0.1 from USB
2. Get to the login screen after rebooting

### Expected Behavior

A regular beautifully styled greeter screen

8.x (Circe)

### Session Type

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

### Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)
