New extra screen handling.

I have this proposal, which I think does not exist in any graphical interface.
When I connect an extra monitor to my PC or the television and work area on my tablet Wacom is divided into two, taking away work space, this is because the extra monitor is taken as an extension of the main screen.
My proposal is as follows: the extra monitor handle it as one of the workspace of the Elementary. Therefore, accessing the extra screen would be as easy as pressing Function + up, that way we could choose what to see in the main monitor or show what we see on our monitor on television.
I hope you understand, anything I can put together a visual document that clarifies this.
