Description
### What Happened?
When using the Nvidia Proprietary Driver, visual artifacts can sometimes be seen when the cursor changes state, i.e when hovering a button.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Install Gala on a system with the Nvidia Proprietary Drivers
2. run Gala (i.e in pantheon) as a display server (not nested)
3. Make the state of the cursor change.
### Expected Behavior
The cursor should not show graphical artifacts.
