Window keeps moving between workspaces when shortcut is not held when animation is not finished

### What Happened?

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the `Super` + `Alt` + arrow to move window to another workspace
2. Before the animation has completely finished, release the shortcut and switch back to the original workspace with `Super` + arrow
3. The window follows the workspace, even though you're no longer pressing the shortcut

### Expected Behavior

The shortcuts should only act when being pressed

amd64 (on most hardwares)

Secure Session (Wayland, This is the default)

Latest release (I have run all updates)
