Wayland-only: minimized windows invisible or out of the viewport on restore

### What Happened?

Hi.

In a Wayland session, I'm experiencing two very annoying issues with windows: being out of the viewport or becoming invisible upon restore.
I already reported a similar issue, and it was fixed, but this one is manifesting differently.

1. Invisible window

As you can see, the only indicator that the app is maximised is a black background on Wingpanel. The app in question is a brilliant and much-needed Gmail Client called Meru. I closed the app to the background using the X, and after restoring it by clicking the icon in the Dock, this is the result. The only option I can take in this case is to kill the app in the terminal.
The app shows in the workspace switch and the Alt-Tab switch, but clicking it does nothing.

2. Window out of the position

Here you can see that the app is pushed down and to the right. When this happens, and there is no day when it doesn't, the app always has this position; it's not random.

### Steps to Reproduce

This sometimes happens when I close the app, not minimise, and restore it by clicking on the Docked icon
