There is a transparent overlay window/object that prevents interaction with whatever is underneath it

### What Happened?

I'm not sure how to debug it and show a proof, but the rectangular object is always on top, even when changing the workspaces or manipulating windows.
It is centered.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Secure session
2. After some time the object appears
3. Unable to click or scroll content underneath it

### Expected Behavior

The object does not appear.
