Chrome window moves at the start of entering the multitasking view with non-standard text size

### What Happened?

When entering the multitasking view, the animation becomes like this if there is a chrome window:

It happens both if the window is maximized or not.
It does not happen with stock apps.
The text size is set to 1.15 on the video, but the same happens with e.g. 1.20.
It does not happen if text size is set to 1.00 or even 1.50.
Happens since gala 8.3.0.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings/Desktop/Text and set text size to 1.15
2. Open a Chrome tab
3. Swipe up on touchpad to enter the multitasking view

### Expected Behavior

The window should not slide/try to resize itself briefly
