Description

### What Happened?

I was, if I remember correctly, switching window focus on my two-screen setup. First, all the interaction got frozen while music continued playing, then both screens went black and all applications died. After a few seconds, I was prompted to log in again.

### Steps to Reproduce

Did not yet hit this issue second time.

### Expected Behavior

Gala does not crash. (Or if it has to crash, it cleanly hands off the applications to its next incarnation.)
