Can't focus windows with a touchscreen on Window spread and the show all windows menus

### What Happened?

the Multitasking view handles touch input nicely, but tapping to put a window to focus in window spread and show all windows menu does not work as intended.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a window spread (Open two or more windows of the same app, then press the app's icon on the dock)
2. Or open the show all windows menu (super+A)
3. In either view, pressing and holding on a window causes the close button to appear, the window does not focus after lifting your finger
4. nothing happens tapping anywhere else on the screen
5. clicking on a window or on the background with a mouse works normally

### Expected Behavior

the same touch controls as the multitasking view, tapping on a window should switch to the workspace it's in and put it into focus
