"Select area to grab" does not work with touchscreen

### What Happened?

The Select an area to print (Shift+PrtSc) and creating a picture-in-picture window (Super+F) dialog does not work when using a touchscreen, nothing happens when trying to drag over an area.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. press either Shift+PrtSc or Super+F
2. dragging over an area with a touchscreen doesn't select anything, no interaction happens trying to tap or drag anywhere

### Expected Behavior

An area should be selected between where you pressed your finger down and lifted it up
