Description
I've [made mutter switch to the "library" function in Meson](https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/commit/2da7805f5893d1a75494124031de98ae483cb17e) to be able to link statically mutter, I believe that it is something that we might want to test at some point.
It is possible since 48.0
