UX: Open minimized window on current desktop space

### What Happened?

When i minimize a window and switch to a different desktop space, i expect it to open there, but it opens on the desktop it was open before.

### Steps to Reproduce

0. have a window open
1. minimize window
2. switche to different desktop space
3. click on icon of minimized window

### Expected Behavior

it should open on the current desktop space

like a closed program

Other Linux

Latest release (I have run all updates)
