Description
### Problem
elementary OS needs a easy and solid way to record screens. Existing software is quite buggy, old or very complicated.
One overview: https://itsfoss.com/best-linux-screen-recorders/
A great elementary OS specific app [ScreenRec](https://github.com/dr-Styki/ScreenRec) was abandoned due to Flatpak limitations. It also seems to freeze up after long recordings.
Ubuntu now supports this out of the box with 22.04, see:

### Proposal
I think therefore that elementary OS should have something build in for screen recording.
Maybe it should be merged into elementary OS's Screenshot, but that's confusing name wise.
