The PiP window covers the wingpanel popovers

Even if the current PiP window is hidden because the window is focused, it re-appears because it looses focus when you open a wingpanel indicator.

I think that a good method could be to have a dbus interface to hide and show PiP windows, and said interface could be called from wingpanel to prevent or hide already shown PiP windows.
