Cursor not visible after waking from sleep unless multitasking view is activated

### What Happened?

Whenever the computer wakes up from sleep and I log in, the cursor becomes invisible. It stays invisible until I activate multitasking view.

May be related to this as I also have this issue: https://github.com/elementary/gala/issues/1528

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Sleep
2. Wake
3. Log in
4. No cursor even when you move the mouse

### Expected Behavior

The cursor should be visible after logging in after sleep mode.

### Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)
