Make zoom follow keyboard input

## Problem

When using the zoom plugin, the zoom follows the cursor which is great for when you're pointing and clicking, but if you're navigating by keyboard the zoom does not show what you are currently doing on screen

## Proposal

Zoom should probably follow wherever the last input was, whether that's pointer input or keyboard input

## Prior Art

Apparently there's a Compiz zoom plugin that does this
