Multi-Touch Gestures: Three Finger Drag for Touchpad

## Problem

To my knowledge and prior search, Elementary OS currently does not support three finger drag.

## Proposal

Similiar to the current option to use tap as click, I propose that there is an option within the upcoming Multi-Touch Gestures that enables three finger dragging for windows, files or text selection.

## Prior Art

MacOS previously supported three finger drag as a option within Multi-Touch Gestures and now supports it as an option under Accessability.

It makes moving windows, dragging and dropping files, or selecting text a much less straining and more controlled experience.
