Show colored label for bookmarks

### Problem

We have a lot of folders and files, and use the color tag feature (the row of little colored pills on right-click) to make files and folders visually much faster to find

That is an amazing feature! But also we have a lot of bookmarks on the left, and it does nothing to help find the correct folder in a list of folders

### Proposal

Not only show a little colored tag behind the name of the files and folders themselves, but also show their tag when they are bookmarked

eg, Projects is tagged blue. It should also appear with blue as a bookmark

Start by finding the bookmark list UI and the existing rendering for colored tags on files and folders. Make the bookmark entry for a tagged folder or file show the same color, and verify that tagged and untagged bookmarks remain distinguishable in the list.
