The active tab position is no longer restored

### What Happened?

It was noticed that the active tab after restoring was not the same as when saved. The final tab was always focused.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open several tabs and select the middle one
2. Close the app
3. Restore
4. Note the focused tab is not the one previously selected.

### Expected Behavior

The active tab position is correctly restored.
