FileRoller plugin uses last loaded directory as current directory, not necessarily the one clicked on.

### What Happened?

The name of the compressed file was noticed to sometimes not match the name of the folder clicked on; it matched the name of the last folder loaded in *any* tab. The compressed also contains the files inside of the last folder loaded.

### Steps to Reproduce

- Open different folders in different tabs
- focus a tab other than the last opened
- Raise context menu on background folder and select "Compress"
- File Roller opens with the name of the compressed file prefilled with name of the last loaded folder

### Expected Behavior

The compressed file should be named appropriately and should contain the expected files.
