Properties dialog: Width of Location label limited whereas window width is not

### What Happened?

Opened the properties dialog for a file with a sufficiently long location path to cause substantial ellipsizing. Manually increased the width of the window. The label expanded and ellipsizing reduced but only up to a certain width. After which no further expansion occurred even though there was plenty of space.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open properties dialog for a file with a long path
2. Manually increase window width
3. Observe ellipsizing never goes away

### Expected Behavior

The location label continues to increase in width as space becomes available until no ellipsizing is required.
