Changing owner of file duplicates it in second window

### What Happened?

Opened two windows showing the same folder (one via a symlink), as administrator. Changed the ownership of a file in the symlink window. The second window updated to show the changed file in duplicate. Refreshing the view removed the duplication.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open two windows as administrator.
2. Navigate to the same folder in both windows
3. Change the ownership of a file in one window
4. Observe what happens in second window

### Expected Behavior

The second window should not show duplicate file entries, but only the one with updated ownership.
