Files crashes while torrent client running and copying/cutting/pasting files

### What Happened?

Noticed this issue while downloading then seeding Elementary OS in /Downloads, and attempting to move other files located in /Downloads.

Unticking Show Local Thumbnails in Files' settings seems to fix the below problem.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Have torrent client operating with a file downloading or seeding
2. Open /Downloads in Files
3. Right click, copy or cut a file located in /Downloads
4. Attempt to paste elsewhere
5. Files hangs, then crashes

(n.b. using keyboard shortcuts to CTRL X and CTRL V files seems to be more successful)

Didn't expect Files to crash
