Drag n' drop from Browser to files

### What Happened?

I think this might be an issue for quite a few years now, still not able to solve.
I can't drag a file, an image, from the browser (chromium) to Files, this feature is a must and saves a lot of time.
Although the "plus" icon in the cursor dos appears it doesn't work.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open browser
2. Find an image
3. Drag and drop it to Files app
4. Nothing happens

### Expected Behavior

The file would be downloaded to the directory where I dropped it.

### OS Version

7.x (Horus)

### Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)
