Samba download progress is inaccesible for large files

### What Happened?

I am downloading many gigabytes of files from a `smb://` source to my local filesystem. However, Files does not show a progress indicator. I am forced to refresh the destination to observe download progress.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to a Samba share
2. Download one or many large files (greater than 1GB)
3. Observe there is no progress indicator

### Expected Behavior

I should be able to see the progress of the file downloads in a more obvious place than the dock.
