No "working" spinner when switching large views

### What Happened?

When switching between Grid and List views with a folder containing sufficient files to cause a significant delay (and Files to become unresponsive) no "working" spinner appeared in the tab. This is in contrast to what happens when the same folder is loaded initially.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a folder containing 1000's of files in List View
2. Observe spinner
3. Switch to Grid View
4. Observe no spinner

### Expected Behavior

The spinner should show whenever the tab is busy.
