Creating a new folder/file and pressing enter does not open correct item

### What Happened?

I tried to create a new folder and when I hit `Enter` it tried to open the untitled folder:


It does the same for files, but opens code with a "new file" file

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Right click, *New* > *Folder*
2. Type in a name and press `Enter` to save
3. Press `Enter` again to open
4. Failure

### Expected Behavior

It should open the correct file/folder

7.x (Horus)

### Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)
