Filechooser portal does not implement add recent entry

### What Happened?

Files saved/opened by Flatpak apps do not appear in `recent://`

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Flatpak app
2. Use it to open/modify/save a file
3. Check `recent://`
4. The file does not appear as recently used.

### Expected Behavior

Files recently used by Flatpak apps should appear in `recent://`
