Description

## Problem
Currently, when you drag a URL from a web browser (Firefox and Chrome/Chromium/Edge, for example -- Epihany's icon seems to only reveal PKI cert information) you see the drag action start, and you have the URL underneath the appropriate cursor, but when you drop it on Files, nothing happens. The "right thing" seems to be happening, because you can drag the URL location to a text editor (e.g. gedit) and it will paste the URL location. It just seems that Files does not accept it as a drop target.

## Proposal
When dragging a URL from a web browser (Firefox and Chrome/Chromium/Edge) it would create a .desktop shortcut in Files that, when clicked, would open the default web browser to that URL

## Prior Art
GNOME, XFCE, and KDE all support this.
