Keyboard navigation between sidebar sections no longer possible

Description
## What Happened
While it is still possible to shift keyboard focus to the sidebar using `LeftArrow`, this focuses only one section (Network in my case) and it is only possible to select within that section using the keyboard
## Expected Behavior
It should be possible to select any item in the sidebar using the keyboard, as previously
