Impossible to drag an item in to a folder that's populated by enough items to fill the view (column view)

## What Happened

It is literally impossible to drag and drop an item in to a folder that has a scrollable amount of folders in it.
The only way is to go back to the preceeding directory and drop it there

but since Files does not open directories and their parents as well like Finder in many cases I have to:
- Cancel the DnD
- Click on the folder before in the pathbar
- Click on the directory again
- Move the view to where I can see the previous directory again because of #1608

## Expected Behavior

When dragging an item over a folder column, there is whitespace at the bottom of that column that reveals the text 'Drop here to move to this folder'

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a folder fully so that it is the starting column
2. Make sure it is fully populated by folders
3. Dry dropping it in that folder
